Here's what you can do if a customer reaches out to you about a matter relating to Hakuna and our product protection:
answer them yourself using our FAQs as a guide
send us an email (support@hellohakuna.com) with their contact information and question, so we can get in touch with them directly
refer them to us (help@hellohakuna.com)
refer them to the Hakuna claims chat
Please do not advise them on whether or not damage will be covered or make promises on how their claim will be resolved.
