Since Hakuna gives merchants the flexibility to configure plans for each of their product categories, you'll likely have an individual mix of our protection plans on offer. Make sure to check the type and term length of a given plan before giving customers any specific advice.

Each of our plans has clearly defined coverage, transparent terms & conditions, and consistent exclusions and deductibles. For more information about a specific plan, you can check the General Insurance Conditions (AVBs) associated with it. You can typically access them by clicking the link at the bottom of the Hakuna pop-up in your store, and we also send them to customers after they purchase our product protection.
